Bonum Garments operates as an apparel buying office and sourcing partner based in Bangladesh. Our services include product development, fabric and trims sourcing, price negotiation, sample creation, inline/final quality assurance inspections, production monitoring, and export logistics management for woven, knitwear, denim, outerwear, activewear, and fashion accessories.

Development Samples: Proto samples, fit samples, and salesman samples (SMS) are produced based on technical packs (Tech Packs) and specifications provided by the buyer.

Sample Charges: Initial development samples may be subject to sample development fees and courier costs unless explicitly waived in writing or covered by an active bulk order agreement.

Approval Process: Production will proceed only upon receiving written approval (or email confirmation) for the Gold Sample / Size Set / Pre-Production Sample (PPS). Any subsequent changes requested by the buyer after PPS approval may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments.

Quotations: All price quotes (FOB, CFR, or CIF) are valid for 30 calendar days from issuance due to potential fluctuations in raw material costs and exchange rates.

MOQ Requirements: Minimum Order Quantities vary by style, fabric type, and dyeing/washing requirements. Orders below standard MOQ may be accepted subject to small-order surcharges.

Purchase Order (PO): An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of an official signed PO and execution of agreed payment security terms.

Standard payment methods accepted include Irrevocable Commercial Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) from a recognized international bank or Wire Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer - T/T) under agreed advance deposit and balance payment conditions.

All banking charges incurred outside Bangladesh shall be borne by the buyer.

Delays in establishing a workable L/C or remittance of advance deposits will result in a corresponding shift in shipment timelines.

AQL Standards: All bulk merchandise is manufactured and inspected according to International Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL 2.5 for major defects, AQL 4.0 for minor defects) standards unless a custom inspection standard is contractually agreed.

Third-Party Inspections: Buyers reserve the right to deploy certified third-party inspection agencies (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) prior to final container stuffing. Inspection requests must be scheduled at least 5 business days prior to the ex-factory date.

Ex-factory dates and delivery lead times are established upon final sample approval and receipt of workable financial instruments (L/C or deposit).

Bonum Garments is not liable for shipment delays resulting from Force Majeure events, port congestion, customs holds in destination countries, or unpredicted carrier cancellations beyond reasonable operational control.

All designs, Tech Packs, brand logos, trademarks, and proprietary patterns provided by the buyer remain the sole intellectual property of the buyer. Bonum Garments commits to maintaining strict confidentiality and will not replicate, sell, or disclose client designs to third parties without prior written consent.

Any quality discrepancy or quantity shortage claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of shipment arrival at the destination port, accompanied by third-party survey reports and detailed photo evidence. Both parties agree to resolve disputes amicably through mutual negotiation.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial and export laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, with international trade terms governed by Incoterms 2020.
